DENIM-e PVT LTD is looking for Executive Industrial Engineering for its Stitching section

DENIM-e PVT LTD is a leading denim garments industry looking for (Executive Industrial Engineering for its Stitching section) related to Garments/Apparel industry in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Hourly Production (Back, Front, Pairing & Assembly).

2. Recording Off Standard Time reasons of all Lines.

3. Analysing capacity study of all lines operations and identifying the bottleneck operations.

4. Maintain Floor Discipline with supervisor and incharge.

5. Identifying production line problems and help supervisor and incharge to solve production hurdles in a timely manner.

6. Responsible to maintain listed below report:

• SAM calculations

• Daily Efficiency Report

• Daily Stitching Dashboard

• Daily Line Wise Analyse Report

• Daily Off Standard Time Report

• Daily Low Performer Summary of Operators and Supervisor and follow-up.

• Operators’ skill summery (Skill Matrix)

• Responsible to make Operation Bulletin of each style before induction in line.

Requirements: 

1. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Denim Garment Industry.

2. Trained by UNDP will be preferred.

3. Education must be university graduate.

Location: Main Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
